Summer special buttermilk with lemon, ginger and curry leaves is very healthy and delicious cold drink. It has digestive properties and keeps the body cool during summer months. Buttermilk is also known as ‘Chhachh’ or ‘Chaach’ in Hindi. Ingredients: Curd : One cup Ginger : One inch (grated or paste) Black salt : One spoon Salt to taste Curry leaves: 15-20 Fresh lime juice : Two spoon Roasted cumin seed powder : 1/2 spoon Method: Mix all the ingredients in the mixer and serve with ice.
