गुड के सेव स्नैक्स के तौर पर बहुत पसंद किए जाते हैं। खास तौर पर होली पर्व पर यह जरूर बनते हैं। Sweet sticks made of jaggery and gram flour are popular snacks. This sweet snacks is made particularly during Holi festival in north India. Ingredients: 1. Gram flour : 1 Kg. 2. Jaggery: 750 grams 3. Oil for deep fry Method: Make soft dough of gram flour. Make sweet sticks (Sev) with the help of stick maker machine, easily available in utensil shops. Deep fry these sticks till it becomes golden brown. Melt jaggery and mix sev with the melted jaggery.
